I'm a Technical Support Engineer and IT infrastructure specialist who bridges the gap between enterprise hardware and intelligent software systems.

Currently at Dahua Technology Bangladesh, I architect and maintain enterprise-grade surveillance ecosystems — from configuring NVR and IVSS platforms to building structured knowledge bases for complex diagnostics. My strength lies in translating deep technical complexity into reliable, documented, scalable solutions.

My engineering journey started in heavy electrical infrastructure (power plants!) and evolved through eight years of senior project engineering, field training, and now advanced IT systems including Linux server administration, GPU platforms, and AI tooling.
